Kyle Depiesse – Reaching Beyond Experience
In this episode our guest is Kyle Depiesse, He is an experience creater and the founder of reaching beyond experience. Kyle is a very curious person and will help us know how to ask the right questions and share his secret on connecting with other people.
[6:23] Why should anybody listen to you?
I ask questions, I ask what's interesting I think about me is I always try and ask questions. And I really enjoy conversations because I'm really asking questions just to be curious.
[7:37] Where did it came from?
I am introverted, if I can ask questions, that means I don't have to talk about myself. I really started to dive into my personal growth journey, probably five, six years ago. And I started with reading a lot John Maxwell.
[12:00] Your Aww Shift Moment
I found early on that I enjoyed facilitating to people, whether it was information, knowledge, skills, tools, anything to do helping someone learn something new. I needed to surround myself with people that could see that in me and pull that out of me and send me in the right direction.
[14:23] Reaching out to people
It is on a concept of Trojan Horse but not in a manipulative way, you show them this really fun experience, give them what they want, but you really feed them what they need.
[18:20] We usually develop themes on each experience and feed them what they specifically need in that moment in that experience.
[21:29] Being Burned Out
Burnout in your professional life doesn't just affect your professional life, it seeps into every aspect of your life.
[23:00] Joining you in your getaways
I think the number one thing for that is humility, are they going to do nothing but try and take from the group, or they also going to give to the group?
[24:46] What does the world need?
It's connection. I think as humans, we crave connection. And I think some of that isn't there and hasn't been there and people are needing it.
[28:41] What Promise Did God Gave to the world when he made you?
I'm going to use your story to connect other people. And that's what I'm going to go with. I'm using your story to connect other people.
Keynotes
[13:00 -13:20] “I need to follow my gut and my instinct, my instinct and where I think, you know, come on man of faith where I think God is leading me. And it doesn't matter what that person had said.”

Richard Brooke – Mach 2
Today we have Richard Brooke in this episode. He built multiple global businesses and author of many things and the book Mach 2. Join us to know more about his success and know if how the book can help us achieve our next step.
[7:36] Why should I listen to you?
Experience. I've been in business for 44 years. And if you add up the accomplishments versus the failures, in those 44 years, probably failure is 10 to one over accomplishments. I have experience and wisdom and it doesn't come from reading books or making money it comes from failing, and pushing through to the other side.
[9:31] Early Setbacks and Failures
I didn't go to college. I barely got out of high school, the only real option for me was food processing. I did a hard pivot into business
[11:43] Turning Point
it wasn't the money. I want, I didn't really have that kind of ambition. What attracted me is this particular business is a group of people who had a real strong theme of coaching, mentorship, personal development.
[14:37] Idea of Writing a Book
I had to learn how to coach. I started coaching people and there are a lot if people who would ask if I had a book. One of my students coached me to write a book.
[19:15] Who is the book for?
I wrote the book for is the person that hasn't yet resigned. I actually wrote it for about the top 47-48%. I run it for those people that they still have a heartbeat for big possibilities in their life who would want to know, what's the system?
[22:30] What do you hope is the next for you?
Read it again step by step. Study it and dig deeper into it. what I teach people is, if you can't teach what you read, you're leaving 99% of the value of what you read on the table.
[26:30] Programs outside of the book
We have programs that are zoom delivered. We do two-day events where we dive deep with people.
Keynotes
[8:20- 8:30] “We learn all that much. With our successes, we learn a great deal with our failures as we push through them to the other side. Keep going, you know, the cliche is fail forward.”
[16:59- 17:10] “I call it the catch 22 of motivation. That you actually have to be motivated to get motivated to do something right”

In this episode, our guest is Mike "C-Roc" Ciorrocco, an Entrepreneur, Mortgage & Real Estate Expert, Accountability Coach, Business Consultant, Podcast Host, and Inspirational speaker. Having gone survived the fangs of fate, Mike set himself out to the world to spread the fuel of positivity and hope. As the author of the book "Rocket Fuel", Mike shares to us the tumultuous path he trod, what it means to fuel your life, and his relentless mission to be your go-to superhero.
[03:57] Why should we listen to you?
If you have a setback, feeling hopeless, and you don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, I am the person who helps solve that problem.
[4:50] How are you the guy that will figure things out?
I came from a broken home and see conflicts where kids should be around. I got tired of letting it affect me and young as I am, I tried to figure things out on how to utilize it and advance without holding me back. Living with my dad for three years, I went through a lot of emotional and psychological abuse, not from my dad but the people around me.
[6:30] I have my mother file for court papers to get me out of the predicament. I knew my dad was hurt that I was leaving, but I needed to stick to my guts. My dad took out a $100 bill, throw it at me, and told me that I would need it when my mother and I would live on the streets.
[08:15] I told myself that he would not be the one to determine my future. I will be the one holding my fate. At that moment, I know that I am going to be great at something. I become aware that I am using the things that I have ever happened to my life and listening to other people’s stories and converting them into something powerful, which I call the rocket fuel.
[10:51] Roadblocks & Freedom
Haters, setbacks, and discouragements will be the roadblocks to success. The important thing is not to eliminate them but to convert them. You need to be proactive about it. You might dig something in the past, but you need to as fuel. You will slowly convert that going forward and understand that we will have setbacks, discouragements, and disagreements with people. Through this, we can be prepared and recognize it right away.
[14:19] I believed in my deceased step-father’s spirit that I need to find something that will me get my purpose itching out to help people. Grant allowed me to unleash the beast that I have always been. I was initially worried about people’s reactions, but Grant gave me the validation to let it go.
[18:19] Rocket Fuel
The first thing to do is to understand the concept and understand that it is possible. Once you grasp it, you need to be proactive about it. Because once you are in a setback, and you are in proximity to it, you will feel worse. Then it’s about practicing it on anything that comes the way that hinders you from achieving your goal.
[19:41] On the left part of your paper, write all the setbacks and bad things that had happened in your life, whereas writing the good things that have happened opposite to it. Through it, you will not have any problems finding these things.
[23:58] Future
Believe that you have to believe it before you see it. It’s not about ego, it’s about accomplishing big and never let it limit you. In the future, I see myself creating an impact on millions of people. I see myself as a powerhouse in inspiring people, not just to overcome things but to convert them into rocket fuel.
[27:45] What promise did God make to the world when He created you?
That I project the same charisma as what a superhero gives them when he saves them.
Key Quotes:
20:45 – 20:48 “I’m totally a different person that I was, I have evolved.”
20:57 – 21:06 “People don’t put themselves out because of the pressure to practice what they preach and making sure they are the real deal.”

In this episode, our guest is Matt Deutschman, Founder of Doubletake Promotional Marketing. Armed with the values and open-mindedness imbued to him as a child, Matt is inclined to make an excellent example for his children. His current success and upbringing are the result of his deep passion for preserving filial piety and transparency. Matt shares with us how he leveraged his journalism experience to marketing, how he views the world, and most importantly - the legacy he wanted his children to inherit.
[02:19] Why should we listen to you?
Everything I say comes from the heart. I speak with my mind, and I say what I feel. I am someone you can take from face value.
[03:06] History of Upbringing
It has a lot to do with my parent’s influence. My father ran a family business while my mother was a teacher. Both of them have a strong work ethic, and we had a rapport in our home. We communicate with one another well, and that builds my strong relationship with them. I was cultivated and encouraged to be open and free, leading to my current upbringing.
[05:10] Journalism to Marketing
When I was young, I decided to go into journalism because of my admiration for Peter Jennings on ABC News. I wanted to be like him, and that’s the start of my journey. I was an editor of our school newspaper in high school, then went for a journalism major in college. My father decided to move his factory, and he was looking for assistance. I worked for him for a year, and I did not like what I was doing. I want to engage people, make conversations, meet with people, and not do paperwork in the background.
[07:52] World’s View & Mindset
I’ll be sitting and watching TV with my wife, and during commercial breaks, I make comments about who the target market is. I could tune out the show, but my analytical mind switches whenever I see advertisements if I am in an event or anywhere.
[09:52] In journalism, we ask a lot of questions to people every day. We try to get their perspective on the brand, the product, etc. We have to understand the brand so that we can find ways to resonate with the audience.
[13:09] Life-Lessons & Purpose
If I am a slave for my own company, then what is the purpose of being self-employed? That was the moment where I decided to restructure my company differently and give myself more time and flexibility. I made it my mission to spend time with my family as much as possible.
[17:14] My business’s drive is to create a life where I can devote my time to my family. Any business decisions that I make should align with my guiding purpose. If a business decision will negatively affect my ability to prioritize my family, it is a horrible business decision.
[21:15] Legacy for the Children
I strongly believe in making an example of myself. Loving my wife and showing it to my children. I want my son to grow up someday and be a man who deserves a woman like her and knows how to treat her. I want my daughter to grow eventually with the assurance and confidence to deserve a man like what I try to become. If I put that first, everything else will come into place. It is not about their career choice or their successes, but I want to set an example so they can live with integrity.
[26:01] What promise did God make to the world when He created you?
That my children will grow up understanding what it means to be deeply imperfect, live a life with integrity, and do what is right.
Key Quotes:
[14:27 – 14:38] “I am a perfectionist; a control freak, and it is extremely difficult to relinquish my reins to someone else.”
[16:32 – 16:36] “We all have our different strengths, and it is fine if I am not the best in my organization.”

In this episode, our guest is Dr. Shannon Connery, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Host of the "Fix Yourself" podcast. She is remarkably passionate about coaching people working with their traumas and spent her career developing the program known as the PACE program. Shannon shares the program's facets with us, her painful life experiences, and the different processes of overcoming a traumatic experience.
[04:55] How did you get into this work?
I was doing my post-doctoral internship when the Columbine shooting incident happened. I suddenly felt the drive and responsibility to help people treat their trauma with the best people in my life of work. I started my career working at that end of the spectrum. I want to learn how to achieve peak performance and try to figure out what led to the tragedy that I experienced.
[08:16] The PACE Program
My ex-husband ended up becoming one of the thousands of people addicted to opiates. One day, I lost everything. I spent my entire year scrambling, where I realized my desire to rebuild what was lost. I took my children to a bouncy castle where, instead of sitting as most parents do, I played together with my children. It dawned on me that I need to start a program because I realized that parents are not having enough pleasure in their life. I came up with four areas that require focusing on.
[11:05] Pleasure; you need pleasure in your life. Like how when you were young, swinging on swings, jumping on jump ropes, or makeup games. You need to add fun to your everyday activities.
[11:33] Accomplishment; you need to figure out what motivates you to up and work. If you work from 9 am to 5 pm, and you don’t enjoy it. Change it. It does not have to be paid, like what house moms do, which is the hardest, but it needs to be fulfilling. Then we have Connection & Exercise, which is self-explanatory.
[12:02] The PACE program was created because many women are focused on two things. One, they focus their creative energy on menial things. It should be focused on things that matter the most. Second, women give away their power. You need to be excited about something and not get angry that people are not providing that excitement for you.
[15:23] Pursuing Change & Pandemic
People should be ready if they want to achieve the change they desire. They need to be prepared to do the work. It’s not my job to create readiness; some people are just in the stage of not doing it anymore.
[16:22] This pandemic is the time where people see who they are without the distractions. This period should be used to create some positive change.
[19:14] Figuring out the Faults
First, we will look at the people who are surrounding you. Do you have enough people in your life? Too many or too little? Are you exhausted? Asking these questions will lead to different outcomes, depending on the answer. If you have too many people in your life, are you bad at setting boundaries? If you don’t have good relationships at all, then the problem is about you. You are the common denominator.
[21:00] If you are surrounded by negative people, you will be drained and exhausted, limiting your ability to do creative and productive work and be a good parent.
[28:23] What promise did God make to the world when He created you?
That I lead the people to the water, I take them to their destination to take their fill.
Key Quotes:
07:25 – 07:30 “There were times where I was fine, but I don’t want to be just fine.”
23:38 – 23:46 “The happiest people in the world wake up not to go to work, but for their passion.”

Today we have Chris Naugle with us today to tell us why he became the Money Mentor and the top financial adviser there is. Join us as we hear his experiences and secrets to success.
[7:00] Why should people listen to you?
Because I did not start with anything and I failed enough times to find the truth.
[7:34] How did you get in the place where you are?
I grow up with nothing but had a dream. I started out with no money and failed numerous times. I landed in wall street and become top financial adviser while snowboarding and started real estate and my clothing line expanded. I am on the top because I keep on failing. I started studying wealthy people on how they do.
[14:16] You have to change where your money goes first. Where you should put your money first is with mutually owned insurance companies
[22:32] How long did you figure this out?
I got a lot of pushback from financial advisers because I am taking away their income. The reason I do it today because this is all I do and I do it for thousands of people.
[26:50] What promise did God made to the world when he made you?
That I would go out there and show the truth to the world.
Keynote:
[12:40-13:00] “People can change their entire financial future and add one step on their life. “

In today's episode, we have Brandon Steiner with us today to share his knowledge on pivoting during these challenging times and share his experiences and insights with us to have us catch up and not left out.
[9:01] What are the Aww Shift horrible moments.
There are so many, the most important thing to go through everything is becoming to be teachable. In every situation you get into, you must be ready to adapt and learn. You got to start to differentiate yourself. Be a solutions-based person.
[14:53] How did you get this to people's hearts and mind?
Show them the truth, show people that you. Tell people what to do and show them that you are willing to go out of your way.
[20:04] Opportunities in 2021
There are a lot of opportunities in 2021, but it is not going to be easy. You don't need a virus to pivot you and create a new normal. You should be doing that every day for your business. You should be trained and disciplined to think out of the box and pivot and think about different options and plan B's.
[27:19] What promise did God make to the world when He created you?
I'm putting you down here to figure out how you can help as many people as possible. I won't screw up and only help yourself and fill your own pockets. But help people that are left out to help people that are struggling. And by the way, if you can figure out how to have some fun while you're doing it.
Keynotes
[9:30-9:39] I think it's just so important to be a learner and be teachable.
[17:49-18:01] "That's the real key to big overnight, great success is doing good. Put as much good as you can, even if sometimes you're not getting anything back."

In this episode, we have Jatali Bellanton share how she mastered money and her journey on managing and understanding how it works. She is also here to share Kitsy Bank and Brilliant Minds Unite, which teaches kids and adults financial literacy.
[5:26] Why should we listen to you?
Because I make money, and I multiply money.
[6:49] How did you master money?
Started out just watching one of my parent figures really struggle financially. I had a father figure, my dad, who was very good with money, and he knew how to manage it, multiply it, and mastered the game called money.
[10:50] Journey towards figuring money out
Experiencing what you know is very important as well, and you need to reach out to people about how they do it. If it doesn't appreciate in value and doesn't add to my money, why am I spending my money on it?
[17:30] Financial Literacy
I have an organization called Kitsy Bank, and we teach financial literacy in the school systems. Third graders to high school students at Kitsy, and then for university students, adults, and the parents of those children, we have an organization called Brilliant Minds Unite.
[22:49] Teaching finance is more effective when taught in a simpler way. It does not need to be complicated as you don't have to use the SAT language all the time.
Keynotes
[11:45-11:52] "If you have something you don't know, you need to ask that person who has that knowledge. Because the worst they can tell you is that they don't want to tell you the information."
[24:04-24:12] I think that's sometimes the problem that we have with the finance world right now is that sometimes people expect you to have this SAT language all the time.
[25:14 -25:19] "I go very hard telling my students I'm going to tell you don't refer to anything, any mistakes that you've made as dumb because if you think that you've made a dumb mistake, then you will start actually making dumb mistakes."

Today we have Quentin Williams here with us, shifting our mindsets to the right track. Let's listen as he shares his experiences and his world-class method of leading and being successful.
[7:10] Why should anybody listen to you?
I got something to say. That is my identity. I have opinions, stories, and mission out there.
[11:39] Importance of Mentality and Mindset.
The mental side of things is more powerful than the physical side. What drives you comes from your mentality and attitude.
[13:55] Aww Shift Moment
I was given the opportunity to either sit back and let someone else take the reins, or can I lead and bring other leaders with me and bring everyone together. It is then I realized I was born for this.
[17:10] How could you say that your mentality is showing up for you?
It was my willingness to look silly. Putting yourself out in the line and keeping yourself vulnerable.
[18:19] World Class Method
My work class method has four steps. It's so when I take my clients through my journey. We start with Identity. I use my emotional intelligence and emotional awareness to dive into two big things: habits, boundaries, and relationships. It's vision or identity, combined with habits, boundaries, and relationships.
[24:36] Starting the Process.
We have the ROC method, R stands for relax, O stands for open up. C stands for Connect. Take it slow, and you will get everything right.
[26:23] What God's promise to the world when he created you?
That I would see value in every single person.
Keynote:
[8:27-8:35] "Our mind and our attitude are 99% of the game."

In this episode, our guest is Chad Willardson, President, and Founder of Pacific Capital. Being in the industry for a long time, Chad has cemented himself being one of the cream of the crop in the financial industry. Helping entrepreneurs and families grow their money, stress-free is what drives Chad to pursue his goal of financial excellence. He authored the book “Stress-Free Money” and today, he shares his advice on how to effectively handle your finances and live a life without worrying about your finances.
[06:20] Why should we listen to you?
I am one of the 0.01% top financial advisors in the country.
[09:30] Finances
You don’t need to pay a full-time investment advisor when you are starting out but you need to meet a fiduciary advisor to create a plan. Most people go just go with the flow and that’s why they make a lot of mistakes along the way.
[10:46] sadly, most financial people you can find are driven by quick commissions and not with the goal of a fiduciary planner. They focus on what to sell on you instead of what they should do to protect your interest.
[11:29] When getting a financial advisor, you should first ask if they are a fiduciary. Fiduciary means being legally obligated to put your interest first even at the cost of them, losing money.
[12:40] You should make sure that they have clients similar to your situation so that there is something in common to work with.
[13:40] How did you become a financial advisor?
I had no idea. I went to apply on different jobs and I ended up in Merrill Lynch. I did not know anything at the beginning, I was clueless but I strived hard to learn everything, and thankfully, it all worked out.
[15:13] Aww Shift Moments
I was in charge of hundreds of millions of dollars in 2008, and it all went down by over a hundred million dollars within a year. I was taking the burden of everyone’s financial life on my shoulders and I questioned myself if this is something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
[16:08] Merrill Lynch was bought by the Bank of America that same year. It was a major crisis but we all pulled through it. I learned a lot, forged stronger bonds with colleagues and clients, and loyalty was built.
[16:52] Stress-Free Money
The book is for people who want financial freedom. It is all about the principles of overcoming financial obstacles and how to fight through that. It uncovers the seven main obstacles of financial freedom.
[20:29] I expect people to have a clear and practical ideas on how to get closer to financial freedom after they read the book. Financial freedom, in my opinion, is the absence of worrying about money.
[26:27] What promise did God make to the world, when He created you?
I would make an impact on the world and never be in the background.
Key Quotes:
[08:35 – 08:39] “Money is green. How you make it will not matter, it’s about what you do with when you earned it.”
[20:54 – 20:56] “Tell your money where to go otherwise it well tell you where to go.”
[22:08 – 22:16] “If you can use money for a good purpose, grow it for the benefit of your family and the people in need.”
