Prompt:
What’s something you’ve been avoiding because it feels too heavy? What would happen if you took one small step toward facing it? Write about the potential rewards of facing this challenge.
Healing Activity:
Write down the one step you can take today to face what you've been avoiding. Then, do it. Even if it’s tiny—just start the ball rolling.
Day 28: The "Control Freak" Confession
Prompt:
When do you find yourself trying to control things around you too much? What do you think you’re really afraid of losing control over? Write about the balance between control and surrender.
Healing Activity:
Pick one thing you usually try to control and let go of it today. Whether it’s a conversation, a decision, or the outcome of something—release the need to control and see what happens.
