Day 19: The "Self-Sabotage Club"
Prompt:
When was the last time you self-sabotaged? What made you do it? Write about your patterns of self-sabotage and how they have been protecting you from something, like fear of failure or success? Can you reframe the self-sabotage as a tool for learning?
Healing Activity:
Create a “Self-Sabotage Banishment Ritual.” Write down the actions or thoughts you engage in when you self-sabotage. Then, symbolically “release” them by burning the or shredding it ceremoniously.
