Day 12: The "Imposter Syndrome" Party

Prompt:

Ever feel like a total imposter? Like, "How did I get here? Someone's going to figure out I don’t belong!" Write down those thoughts. Why do you think you feel this way? How could you reframe those beliefs into a fun story of how awesome you really are?

Healing Activity:

Get a piece of paper and write "I AM ENOUGH" in big, bold letters. Hang it somewhere you can see. Every time you doubt yourself, look at that sign and let yourself laugh at the idea of being an imposter when you’re clearly a total rock star.

Create a "Self-Love Playlist" of songs that make you feel soft, strong, and loving. Anytime you start being hard on yourself, press play. Let these songs remind you that you're your own best friend.

Prompt:

Healing Activity:

Draw your shadowy alter ego or make a puppet of them out of socks or paper. Give them a personality—make them funny, fierce, or ridiculous. Have a “chat” with them, asking why they act the way they do. Could you learn something from this quirky alter ego? Show them some love.

Create a “Weirdness Crown” out of things that make you feel like your authentic self (think odd trinkets, quirky jewelry, or even random items around the house). Wear it around the house today as a reminder that your weirdness is a treasure, not a flaw. If you want to take it up a notch, wear it outside and own your quirks proudly!

Write down one way you self-sabotage and why. Now, do the opposite. If you procrastinate, set a timer for 15 minutes and tackle one thing on your to-do list. Afterward, treat yourself to something nurturing, like a hot bath or binge-watching your favorite comfort show.
