Notice how you react when something is given to you.
A compliment. A favor. A gift.
Do you tense up? Say, “Oh, that's too much”?
"You shouldn't have"?
Or do you soften, exhale, and let it land in your heart?
Your invitation today:
Let the love in.
Say YES without guilt.
Let money, abundance, and support find you, and receive it like the sensual, worthy being you are.
And if nothing big comes your way?
Start small. Receive the warmth of the sun.
Receive the pleasure of your breath.
Receive the fact that you are already held.
Day 3: The Perfect “Perfectionist” Problem
Prompt:
How often do you catch yourself aiming for perfection? Is your kitchen always spotless, or are you avoiding making that podcast episode because it’s “not perfect enough”? Time to face the fact that “perfect” is overrated and, frankly, a bit exhausting.
Healing Activity:
Pick something you’ve been avoiding because it “has to be perfect” and do it in a perfectly imperfect way. The more ridiculous, the better. Maybe it’s a half-scribbled drawing or a dance move that looks like a seizure. Post it online for a bonus healing moment. Perfection is overrated, but authenticity is gold.
