Today I treated my inner child to ice cream, a fountain Dr. Pepper, popcorn, Disney movies. I needed the comfort, and I gave it to myself without guilt… until I came home and was immediately shamed for it. I was told to “be quiet,” “be logical,” “stop being emotional.” But I’m done pretending I’m a robot to make others comfortable.

Today was packed! I met with my mentor, recorded an amazing podcast interview (2.5 hours total!), went to Zumba, did more coursework, made TikToks, and somehow still managed to feel like I didn’t do enough (classic me).

I’m working on getting better at being with myself, not just by myself and so tomorrow I’m planning a movie date with my inner child. Cinderella, Mulan, popcorn, Dr. Pepper, you know, the works. Sometimes joy is found in the ordinary.

Today I took five. Five survivor interviews confirmed for my school project and yes, I know it’s heavy, but this work matters.

I also took a literal “take five” for myself and treated myself to a burger, browsed an overwhelming clearance center and bought three yellow watermelons because I can.

Oh and I remembered to finally ask you: could you follow me on TikTok? I’ve never said that out loud before. I’m working on hitting 10K. It feels big.

Someone told me I’ve been carrying a lot emotionally. I didn’t disagree. But just last night I asked the universe for a friend… and someone texted me today to check in. Full circle.

Today was an ordinary day. I submitted my homework, showed up for myself, and went to Zumba. I overthought things a little (as usual), but I got it done. I’ve realized I really miss having an in person best friend. I have love around me, but there’s something about errands with a soul sister that hits different. I’m building structure in the middle of transition, and doing my best to honor the rhythm of my life by resting on Thursdays, submitting on Wednesdays and breathing in between. Also… pajama pants at H-E-B was a vibe.

Hey my little potato. In today’s episode, I share a major full circle moment in my healing journey. Years ago, my first affirmation was “I am enough” thanks to a Marissa Peer video. And now? I just applied to work with her as a life coach. Wild I know. But it reminded me how far I’ve come: from a place of doubt and scarcity to a place of courage and lived wisdom. I’m not perfect. But I’m proud. And I hope it encourages you to trust your path too.

Today’s episode is called Pause, because that’s exactly where I am. Between plasma runs, surprise family visits, a webinar, and trying to finish my module, I hit a wall. I was hard on myself for not pushing through and then I remembered: I’ve done so much. Books. Paintings. Audio series. Growth. Healing. I’m unlearning the hustle that says I only matter when I produce. Sometimes the biggest thing I can do is pause and breathe. So if you’re tired too… you’re not broken. You’re just in a pause. And maybe that’s okay

Today I wondered, are you still my potato, or are you my angel? You’ve supported me through so much, and I just needed to say it: you don’t even know it, but you are my angel. I shared my thoughts on guilt, scarcity, and not knowing how to help others when I’m barely getting by myself. I’m trying to balance building my company, resting when I need to, and finding small joys, like getting a $3.50 room spray to protect me on Lyft rides. I only spent about $20 all week, and still felt bad for not helping more. So yeah, today was easy, but heavy too. Thank you for being here. I love you.

Today was long, and I’m learning to trust that being “delulu” might just be the solution. I’m letting my higher self lead. I’m starting a five part daily ritual: mirror work, affirmations, meditation, TikTok, and gratitude and taped a tiny Post-it to my phone as my guide. I even found an old journal called Joy Note, right on time, reminding me I’m still her: strong, creative, and meant for this. I’m scripting my way into joy and calling in 5 million YouTube subscribers just because I can. Let’s see where this new chapter takes me

Hey, my little potato 🥔💛today I felt the highs, the lows, and that weird middle space where life reminds you you’re still becoming. I had a heart dropping moment seeing my school grade listed as “27%” (spoiler: it was really a 90 😅), but it made me reflect on growth and how far I’ve come in confidence, consistency and care. I finished my ideal customer profile, posted to TikTok, meditated, and remembered that I don’t have to earn my worth through urgency. I’m in the middle of my journey, quite literally and figuratively, and I’m building gently, not frantically. Delulu is still the solulu.

Hey, it’s me again, just checking in with love and a lot of yawns 😂. Today I woke up at 2:22 PM, which my body clearly needed. I got my school docs notarized (shoutout to Tony at UPS!), gave plasma, signed up to drive for Lyft, and made some simple plans for next week to stay on track.

I reflected on how turning your passion into your job might actually drain it and how my project isn’t just passion, it’s a constant, weird, obsessive inspiration cycle. I collect ideas from napkin textures to Instagram goblets and even the squishy wrap they give you at the plasma center. (Yes, I said handcuffs, don’t ask.)

I also applied to a mediumship class. I used to think it was “bad,” but I’ve given messages that truly helped people. And if I didn’t ask to be born this way, maybe it’s time I honor it.
