Even with 47 properties under her belt, she still believes in the importance of learning and growing in the industry. As entrepreneurs, we should always be open to learning from others and seeking out mentors.

2. Don't try to do everything yourself: Jacinda admitted that one of her biggest challenges was trying to handle everything herself. She realized that in order to scale and grow her business, she needed to delegate and outsource certain tasks. As entrepreneurs, we often fall into the trap of thinking we can do everything, but it's important to recognize when it's time to ask for help.

3. Customer experience is key: Jacinda emphasized the importance of providing a five-star experience for her guests. In the vacation rental industry, customer experience is everything. By prioritizing the guest experience and going above and beyond to make their stay memorable, hosts can earn rave reviews and repeat business.
