I have been thinking a lot about Slow Living lately, more and more and I was wondering what you think living your life more intentionally and at a slower pace would give you?
The majority of people do their life at such a fast pace, it’s all go, go, go and even when they take a holiday it’s still full of stuff to do, I am not saying do nothing. Have fun, but I would like you to consider for a moment, when do you take that time to connect to the whole of who you are?
I like most people have had a very active life, full of stuff, and things to do, and I have to say I sometimes wonder why I have spent my life telling myself that, that was the way to be.
Which is very unlike how I do my life today. Back then I didn't take the time to fully appreciate if at all, all I had and what was around me
These days I have found a peace and serenity that has come from slowing my life down, and I know that its something that has great benefits, to both your physical and mind health
