This came after a previous rejection of my stool sample due to weight issues, making the entire ordeal even more frustrating.

My frustrating experience with UPS when trying to send a stool sample for a colon cancer test. The package was supposed to be overnighted, but the truck never showed up. After calling customer service, I had to go through a series of repetitive questions, speaking to machine after machine and person after person, only to be met with more of the same. Even though I just wanted to provide my tracking number, they kept asking for irrelevant details like my phone number and wouldn’t let me explain the situation.
