Post-Halloween still has us in the spooky season, but we have a new series to begin for November, what can we do to solve this dilemma? How about we kick off our Ivan Reitman series by watching one of the greatest horror comedies of all time with 1984’s Ghostbusters starring Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis? Even better we bring aboard members of the South Dakota Ghostbusters for this discussion! For more information on the South Dakota Ghostbusters visit them on Facebook!

Ghostbusters is a 1984 horror comedy written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, and is directed by Ivan Reitman. The film stars recently fired university parapsychologists who begin a ghost hunting business inside an old firestation (the concept is very out there when you put this in writing.) When New York is threated by an attack by an ancient god Gozer the Ghostbusters (Aykroyd, Ramis, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson) must step in to fight for good and stop Gozer and a giant Stay Puft marshmallow man. Ghostbusters also stars Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis, and Annie Potts.
