We kick it off with Dan's plan of attack to rehab, train, and what you can expect from his recovery journey, then dive into a travel series highlighting our first stop: Buffalo. We break some actual lacrosse news in a great interview with the Commissioner of the OJLL Mark Grimes. He has also had a lifetime of other jobs which you wont want to miss, and the best part?
