The wool press is here! Join me as I ponder our first year in the wool trade! I’ll be braving the cold, the wind and the early winter mornings, overseeing the baling of 20 tonnes of wool, visiting local farmers Jim and Amy to chat about their Swiss Valley sheep (the cutest sheep in the world!) and discovering an ingenious new technique for protecting the vineyard.

Happy New Year! It’s the dead of winter and the farm is quiet and serene (apart from the howling winds and torrential rain). Join me as I get back in the saddle and work off the Christmas pudding! Christmas on the farm is “snow” joke! Ho ho ho! But seriously it’s really cold. Join me as I celebrate the end of another farming year! I’ll be wrapping presents and chatting with mum, feeling a little chilly, discovering buried treasure with Steph, really noticing the cold, pruning the vineyard and did I mention IT’S FREEZING!!!
