With coronavirus infections and deaths climbing in California, a growing number of districts have said they will not be returning to in-person classes in the fall, leaving teachers scrambling to create compelling online learning environments on the fly. California Teachers Association President E. Toby Boyd joins us to give an update on expectations for the upcoming school year and discusses another big CTA priority: passing Prop. 15, the "Split Roll" initiative that would decouple large commercial properties from Prop. 13.
