According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 4 million Americans quit their jobs in July of 2021 alone. By the end of July, a record-breaking 10.9 million jobs were left unfilled, and as of August, it had been reported that 55% of people in the workforce were likely to look for a new position in the coming months.
