Have you ever looked in the mirror and just thought, "It's too late."
Have you ever sat in your car and just cried, thinking, "There is no hope."
Have you ever felt so alone and isolated thinking, "God doesn't see me, nobody sees me"?
Have you ever looked at someone else and thought, "I want that life, but there is no way I could ever do that."
The truth of the matter is, WE ALL HAVE HAD THOSE THOUGHTS. You are not alone!
In this episode with my guest @lesthomas.sr, we UNPACK a story about how no matter what you have gone through, it's simply NEVER TOO LATE.

Les is set to release his final album, "Vertical," in spring 2024
The definition of the word REST : To cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength.
In a world where we are constantly told to hurry, rush, get ahead, overachieve, and work ourselves overtime... We often miss this very important piece of human existence.
In this episode, David and I discuss burnout, taking a sabbatical exercise, and how actually choosing to rest can improve your productivity and creativity.

Strength... It's a word we all have opinions on. The word strength can be applied in your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional areas of life.
In this episode I have a guest on the show that actually specializes in Strength Training.
Below is Jason's BIO and why he feels so strongly about the effects of functional training:
After playing at the University of Pittsburg & University of Central Oklahoma, I started competing in Olympic weight
We talk about the ups and downs of being a high performing athlete and the ups and downs of the transitions between high-school, college, and after college.
Jason has a phenomenal perspective on family, life and strengthening you body and mind through functional lifting.
Time is arguably our most valuable asset.
Just to break down the simple numbers...
We live on average (In the US)
76 Years
27,740 Days
665,760 Hours
39,945,600 Minutes
That equals...
1,331,520 30 Minute Podcast Episodes
221,920 3 Hour Sporting Events
I think we so often get caught up in trying to worry about what others are doing with their time that we often lose track of what we are doing with our own.
In this episode I talk about sports, work, and family and how it relates to how we utilize our time to the best of our God given ability.
