The Backrooms' Theater Re-Release Features New Footage & Post-Credits Scene

A24 is attempting to lure horror fans back to theaters with a special re-release of Kane Parsons' viral internet-born horror film, The Backrooms. To entice audiences to brave the liminal-space nightmare one more time, this new theatrical cut will feature previously unseen, terrifying footage woven into the movie. Additionally, the re-release will include a brand-new post-credits scene designed to expand the mysterious lore of the yellow-wallpapered maze and potentially set up a sequel.
