Somehow we end up in a McDonalds rant and learn why Aly Mac hates all old people, even Ali E’s grandma. We give you a glimpse into our friendship and how needy we both are and Aly Mac teaches us all the difference between self care and self love. We end it with two super depressing book and podcast recommendations and give some advice on how to keep the spark alive after the honeymoon phase is over. Bachelor In Paradise Week Four Recap

It's all youtube gossip and our expertise opinions on the new album Lover in this episode. Ali E rants about Nikita Dragun trying too hard to be relatable and then just for fun we throw in two snippets at the end of us trying to record while drunk. It did NOT work out. Join us for some bad bitch therapy this week as we continue our goal of women empowerment. Just kidding, we were bitter bitches this week, but hey it happens. We discuss Miley and Liam and their divorce, and then we drool over Miley's make out session with Kaitlyn Carter. Then we discuss the beef between Taylor Swift and Kid R something??? The hick from Michigan. Sorry we can't remember his name. We decide to discuss all the derogatory names used for women and how we feel about them and we also give some very judgmental advice on whether or not a man should ever be able to tell his woman what to wear. To cap off the episode Ali E rants about people being basic and thinking they're original and then we give a book and podcast recommendation! This week we are bad bitches talking bad bitches and what it means to be empowered. We give our guesses for the next bachelor, talk about what giving genuine compliments to other women can do for the world and how you can be jealous of people you love without being a bad person. Empowered women know how to challenge their beliefs and push themselves out of their comfort zones and they are okay with telling people no to protect their sanity.
