INTENTION - Know your Why? Why do you want to get out of your comfort zone in the first place? What is the inspiration for growing into a new version of yourself, or excavating parts of you that already exist but are itching to be expressed?
GOALS - What are your goals? what is it that fills your heart with excitement and joy? What is it that you want to manifest in your life, and how do you want to feel?
COMPASSION - Know what is holding you back from these dreams - what do you feel like is in the way? what do you fear will happen if you go after what you want? (be as honest as possible, that's the only way we can move through)
CURIOSITY - Begin to research and brainstorm ways you can dabble in the learning zone for the area(s) of life you feel stagnant in - what do you need to know before you get started? what is a way you could experiment and lead with curiosity? how much time could you consistently and EASILY commit to being in the learning zone every day or even every week (start small)
