Tell us what you like about our show and share your Bad work stories so we can help. Thanks Emma & Corina
Join Emma and Corina as they riff on the bad work story of today - Cramming everything in before the end of the calendar year only to be exhausted and grumpy for the holiday season?
In this part 1 of our holiday-focused episodes, we explore a better way.
Points covered:
- The importance of rest and recovery as a regular practice, not a holiday special.
- The value of reframing the end of the calendar year not the end of the world.
- There will always be more to do.
- The completion and acknowledgment strategy - see G.U.B.A process below
- Showing up with your Values and taking a stand.
