There’s a fine line between calibrating, baselining, or adjusting and letting yourself off the hook.

When you catch yourself giving yourself a pass, or permission to fall back into excuses, you have a opportunity to challenge your weak spots.  Don’t let yourself off the hook too easy…its usually the stuff we don’t want to face that creates the greatest opportunity for improvement.
