This week's episode reflects a list of the Balance Sheet of Life with a particular focus on the Fear of Failure. We all have failures, disappointments, and/or setbacks. They occur as youth, teenagers, young adults, experienced adults, and senior citizens. It is part of our lives, everybody's life. It is how we learn. In reality, a lot of our setbacks occur when we associate with non-capable people. We should surround ourselves with people who reflect who we want to be and how we want to feel. The energies that are found in this environment are contagious ten-fold.

This week's episode is one of my favorites yet. We have a return guest, Rev. Zach Moffitt, Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church, Pulaski. He speaks to the subject of the importance of our society having and maintaining a "Diversified Mindset". I see the number one failure of people aspiring to be "leaders" but they cannot implement, consider, or even hear a diverse opinion. Pastor Zach gives us great rationale for this leadership trait to emerge in all of us.

This weeks episode of Bainology Podcast is about the requirements and skills of applying closure within leadership positions. It is always important to know when something has reached its end. Closing circles, shutting doors, finishing chapters, it doesn't matter what we call it; what matters is to leave in the past those moments in life that are over. It happens to all of us. To truly cherish the things that are important to you, we must first discard those that have outlived their purpose.
