Baka! Baka! Baka! An Anime Podcast!

In this podcast episode we keep watching Overlord for a whole new, and character filled, season two. Other than that I don’t have much to add from the description I wrote for season 1. So I have some space to fill. What should we talk about? Did anyone watch E3? We don’t get to talk […]

We here at Baka Baka Baka don’t like to look to far into the future. Frankly, we’re scared of AI and our audience getting even smaller than it already is. But today that changes! We’re using this minisode to check out all the fabulous upcoming anime that has us excited. So take that robots! We’re […]

We liked watching an anime about magic users so much the past few weeks, we decided to do it again. We watched Overlord, a member of the “stuck in a video game genre” but this time he’s an all powerful skeleton man who can defeat any opponent with ease. It’s the ultimate power fantasy for […]

We need to talk. This is the fourth episode we’ve watched of Ghost Stories. It’s good stuff. You like it. We like it. But how do I describe it in this short paragraph? Why would you even bother reading this? Everything you need to know was in the title for crying out loud! Honestly, I’m […]

The Ancient Magus Bride is a truly magical anime. That’s not a compliment, there’s just a lot of magic in it. Dragons, fairies, witches and so much more. We’ll actually review the second half of season one in the podcast, we just wanted to give you a heads up what we’ll be discussing. And we […]

Roll the dice and take a chance on us! The Baka Club talks about video games. A lot. Sometimes you can barely tell this is an ANIME podcast. However, this minisode we’re talking about board games. Ok, not a step in the right direction but at least it’s new right? We’re converting some of our […]

Now that’s more like it. Fairies. Dragons. Mages and alchemists. These are the things little Baka’s are made of! No more talking about physical and daunting sports, now we can talk about the things we know truly well. Like depression . . . . We watched the first episodes of The Ancient Magus Bride and […]

I know what you’re thinking. Didn’t we establish last week that our hosts have no business addressing the topic of sports without an expert to help them? Well, yes. Yes we did. But no one ever mistook us for being smart. So we’re at it again! The Baka Club broadens the topic to discuss the […]

SPORTS! SPORTS! The Baka Club watched their very first sports anime and these geeks aren’t sure what to make of it. This week we review Kuroko’s Basketball, an anime about basketball players with special abilities that’s 1 part shonen and then another part also shonen, with basketball mixed in. Jeremy and Jason already hate the […]

Return of the Ghost Stories! It’s the third episode of this raunchy comedy and this time it’s pop culture references to the max. The Baka’s will laugh but will they truly understand them? We’re enjoying this series a lot and plan to continue this crazy ride, so strap in. And while you wait for the […]
