Katie makes mint chocolate ganache as filling for the mint macarons from episode 1. She also adds some finishing touches to the meringue pops.

Katie turn uses a broken cake to make cake pops and cake truffles. To create the perfect cake pop mixture a little bit of salted caramel buttercream frosting needs to be made first.
