Want to know why our cheesecake have been called the Best St. Louis Cheesecake? Our cheesecakes are not your traditional cheesecake. We replace the graham cracker crust with a St. Louis classic gooey butter cake bottom to add another layer of goodness to your treats.

We know that is enough to get your mouth watering. Thats why we want to invite you to come try the best St. Louis cheesecake for yourself, and then you will know what everyone has been talking about.

Our full cheesecakes come in 1/2 sheet pans cut into approximately 4×4 squares serving 16. Bars can be cut smaller to serve more people. We just believe that once you take a bite you will not want to share.

I have told you why we started our bakery and how that transpired, but I have never told you how we ended up in Waterloo, IL.

We almost ended up in Florida.

Yup, it is crazy how life provides you doors and opportunities. You only have to look around and take the leap.

This week let's talk about how important it is to make your health inspector as your team.

We could not have opened our new store front in a week if it wasn't for our health inspector and how amazing she was, we could not have pulled it off.

She was great about answering questions and helping us get it right the first time.

We want to help remove the "scary" around health inspectors. We have had some really good inspectors and a few that were difficult to work with.
