Return to your breath, and focus on accepting “what is” in this moment. This is the final episode in the guided meditation series. Namaste.
In this episode, we'll embark on a guided meditation to align your body's energetic centers, or chakras, with the five universal elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Through a journey from the root to the crown, we'll use visualization to connect with each chakra. You'll be guided to find grounding with the red earth of Muladhara, embrace creativity with the flowing orange waters of Svadhisthana, and ignite your inner power with the yellow fire of Manipura. We'll then ascend to open your heart with the green air of Anahata, express your truth with the blue ether of Vishuddha, sharpen your intuition with the indigo light of Ajna, and connect to universal consciousness with the brilliant violet of Sahasrara.
Join me to restore harmony within yourself and realign your mind, body, and spirit.
