Back in 1986, Cleveland was going through it! unemployment rates were well above the country average, They would be known as 'The Mistake on the lake'

That was until United Way had a super, fantastic idea! They would release...... 2 million balloons into the sky!!! What could go wrong?! They would do this, and it would gain them a spot in Guinness book of records, and naturally, this would entice tourists to come to Cleveland, and just all their troubles would be miles away
