We Originally aired this episode on Patreon, around the same time that we did our 3 parter on the deaths of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.  This, was the case that actually got OJ behind bars, and some suspect that they 'threw the book at him' because of what most consider an 'injustice' in the 1994 case.

On June 30th of 2009, a discovery was made of in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
A vehicle submerged in Kingston Mills Lock, inside was the bodies of 19 year old Zainab, 17 year old Sahar, and 13 year old Geeti,  with them was their fathers first wife, 52 year old Rona.  It seemed all to have been a horrific accident.  That was until, authorities were made aware, that the brother to the three deceased girls, 20 year old Hamed, actually had reported a car accident that he had been in, the same day that his younger sisters were found.  When comparing the damage to the Lexus, that Hamed was driving, it was noticed that the Lexus's front end damage, matched up perfectly to the damage on the back of the Nissan Sentra, that his sisters, and stepmother were found in, and it became clear, that the Lexus, had been used to push the Sentra into the lock.....but why?

Oscar Pistorius was a legend.  Having had both of his legs removed below the knee, at the age of only 11 months old due to a congenital illness that he had been born with, Oscar was able to compete in both the Paralympics as well as the Olympic Games. He was a hero in his home country, South Africa.  
When Oscar met model Reeva Steenkamp, the two fell hard for one another, and had only been together for a short period of time, then the unthinkable happened.
According to Oscar, the well known, sky high, crime rate in South Africa, had him constantly on edge, and ready to defend his own, at any given moment, and because he was at a disadvantage due to his amputations, he relied heavily on his firearm.  and that was why, on Valentines Day in 2013, according to him, he accidentally shot down his girlfriend, who had gotten up in the middle of the night to use the washroom.  Oscar swears that it was a horrific accident, but the volatile relationship that he and Reeva shared in their short time together told a different story.....  was it a tragic accident, or did Oscar Pistorius kill his girlfriend in a jealous rage?

Surprise!,

We have recognized, that recently we have been taking the easy route, and just re-recording episodes from the beginning of the pod, when Matt was not yet apart of ES. But, here is a brand spanking new episode, unscheduled.:)

 With the holidays, and just general everyday life, we have both been busy as F. We, are looking to re record all of the past episodes, so bare with us. we will be posting those, because I still find them super interesting, regardless.

and, we will post a newly researched episode when ever we are able to.

But, come the New Year, we will be back to releasing 100% fresh episodes.

Back in 1986, Cleveland was going through it! unemployment rates were well above the country average, They would be known as 'The Mistake on the lake'

That was until United Way had a super, fantastic idea! They would release...... 2 million balloons into the sky!!! What could go wrong?! They would do this, and it would gain them a spot in Guinness book of records, and naturally, this would entice tourists to come to Cleveland, and just all their troubles would be miles away

I am sure we all know about this case by now.  Travis the chimpanzee raised by Sandy Harold, suddenly gets spooked and proceeds to viciously attack her friend Charla Nash.  What was the build up? do chimps make good domesticated pets?  Here is our take on it.   I originally did this case with my sister, when I first started the pod in 2022.  But, now we can get Matts take on it.  SPOILER ALERT:  There is WAY more talk about poop flinging, than there was the first time around.

In part 2 of out coverage of Wade Wilson, we will go over the day of the crimes; October 7th 2019, his arrest, his trial, and the strange, strange women who claim to love this man.

Wade gained notoriety in 2024, when he went on trial for his 2019 crimes. Women all over the internet found him incredibly handsome, for some bizarre reason, that I cannot for the life of me figure out..... is it the murders, and all the horrific abused, that he reserves for only women? is it the multiple face and head swastika's, that he was so proud of, he refused to cover them up for his trial? or is it that this man is so incapable of driving a stick shift, that he was unable to even leave his own horrific senseless, and brutal murder scene?

Whatever the case may be, he ended up having to block some of his ladies from calling the prison for him, because there were simply too many. And that right there is a good look into one of the many things that is wrong in the word.

Wade Wilson, became quite the headline, in 2024, when he went on trial for the brutal murders of 2 women; Kristine Melton (35), and Diane Ruiz (43)

Wade had only been out of jail for 5 days, when he decided to have a few drinks, do a few drugs, and then murder these two innocent victims, in the morning hours of October 7th 2019, for no other reason, than that they were there!

In Part 1 of our coverage we will touch on Wade's childhood, his adoption into a lovely family, his and past relationships, including his relationship with Kelly Matthews, who was kind enough to speak with us about her time with Wade.

As per Matt's request! This was one, that Matt listened to Hayley and I cover, before he was ever apart of Everything Scary. And, he wanted to rerecord it, and release it, as close to Halloween as possible.

This case, is hard. two idiot, teenage boys, who considered themselves to be 'film experts' had a desire to become "infamous serial killers" . and they chose someone, who considered them to be friends. Cassie Stoddart, had everything going for her. She was Smart, beautiful, friendly and kind. Sadly, she had the misfortune, of meeting Torey and Brian. And what followed, would change the course of all 3 of their lives forever.

In one of the craziest true crime stories that I have heard, the story of Daniel Danny LaPlante reads like a fictional horror story. When I first started the podcast in 2022, I knew this had to be one of the first cases I told, and it was.

But now, i wanted to go back and tell this case to Matt and hear his thoughts on one of the wildest cases. and, that's what we did. Hope you enjoy it!
