Reading the power of now! Pages 13-19 with some of my own personal notes on being still.

It has been about 5 weeks since my sister and I went food shopping, mostly because I did not want to go in any stores. But yesterday we had no choice! Here’s a little snippet about our experience. Ps who took all the tofu?
