Yep, it's true, after last issue's movie-focused special, the transatlantic trio actually talk about real comic books this time. Along the way you'll learn about the Hathaway Slap (not to be confused with '90s one-hit wonder Haddaway) and the dangers of thrush.

What's so Civll about War anyway? A packed issue of BAM features reviews of Wonder Woman: Earth One, Captain America: Civil War and Locke & Key. Also, in the first BAM Cuppa Comics interview, we're joined by Millarworld's editor Rachael Fulton to discuss Empress, Jupiter's Legacy, the Millarworld Annual, builder's tea and more.

Neil and Stu were at the X-Men: Apocalypse global fan screening, hobnobbing with the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy and Oscar Isaac. One of us came out thinking it was even better than Captain America: Civil War, whilst the other felt it was one of the worst superhero movies ever made. Like a podcast Xavier and Magneto, the duo breakdown the movie to defend their wildly differing viewpoints. Will they find common ground? Goes without saying that there are spoilers throughout.

The gang discuss two big comic book events that hit the shelves at the same time - DC Rebirth and Steve Rogers: Captain America. Internet comic artist sensation Stephen Byrne is also interviewed, Carly checks out Dark Horse's The Secret in her still to-be-given-a-title review segment, and Neil's fave section - Sinister Society of Stupid - returns with one-time Bat villain the King of the Cats... who was partial to be a bit of incest. Neil and Stu are joined by presenter and video games journalist Lucy James for the first in a two part chat about her love of comics (this time covering the Beano, Batman, X-Men and The Walking Dead). Also, we roll out rubbish Axel Rose impersonations for reviews of Marvel's Civil War II, the relaunches of Moon Knight and Punisher, Lady Mechanika, Judge Dredd: Cursed Earth Uncensored, and Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas.

And then it's the return of the Sinister Society of Stupid and the slightly whiffy Luke Cage Powerman villain Mr Fish.

Carly, Neil and Stu review Rogue One and ask which characters they'd like to see in comic book form. Plus we take a look back at Marvel's Star Wars comic history, including Jaxxon the green rabbit allegedly hated by George Lucas. Also we ponder whether Batman is the most Christmassy superhero of all. And then there's the top 5 rundown of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Captain America, Iron Man, the Guardians of the Galaxy... who makes it to the number one spot?
