Yep, it's true, after last issue's movie-focused special, the transatlantic trio actually talk about real comic books this time. Along the way you'll learn about the Hathaway Slap (not to be confused with '90s one-hit wonder Haddaway) and the dangers of thrush.

What's so Civll about War anyway? A packed issue of BAM features reviews of Wonder Woman: Earth One, Captain America: Civil War and Locke & Key. Neil and Stu were at the X-Men: Apocalypse global fan screening, hobnobbing with the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy and Oscar Isaac. One of us came out thinking it was even better than Captain America: Civil War, whilst the other felt it was one of the worst superhero movies ever made. Like a podcast Xavier and Magneto, the duo breakdown the movie to defend their wildly differing viewpoints. Will they find common ground? Goes without saying that there are spoilers throughout.

The gang discuss two big comic book events that hit the shelves at the same time - DC Rebirth and Steve Rogers: Captain America. Internet comic artist sensation Stephen Byrne is also interviewed, Carly checks out Dark Horse's The Secret in her still to-be-given-a-title review segment, and Neil's fave section - Sinister Society of Stupid - returns with one-time Bat villain the King of the Cats... who was partial to be a bit of incest. Neil and Stu are joined by presenter and video games journalist Lucy James for the first in a two part chat about her love of comics (this time covering the Beano, Batman, X-Men and The Walking Dead).
