In this episode of Banana Lab, we try to make sense of our new COVID-19 reality. With recent news on anti-Asian sentiment, we discuss why calling COVID-19 the "Chinese disease" causes harm, our own experiences as Asians growing up in North America, and making sense of how to keep each other safe against xenophobia.
**corrections: an endemic is when a disease is constant in a geographic area (e.g. malaria), and isn't characterized by the spread of geographic area alone. Also, Africa is a continent, not a country :)
