Chapter 4 is where God lays out his case against Israel. It isn't looking good for them. But what does this mean for us? Also, there are some really fun translation notes and comments here. Getting through Hosea is no easy task, but we try our best to make it easier. 

The Lord has mercy on Israel and Hosea gets his wife back! All is well. At least for now...

Moses was like a good estate planner. He wanted Israel to know what would happen when he died. He appointed a successor and then proceeded to be typical, grumpy Moses.
