Lately, we've been shown several examples of what this country used to be and what it has fallen to. Last week at the opening of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago you could feel what it's like to have a president and first lady who care deeply about this country and the people in it. Huge stars showed up to celebrate, some of the best musicians alive sung in celebration, and large crowds gathered to witness American history. Contrast that with a president who only cares about himself, his image, vanity construction projects, and keeping us distracted as possible from the havoc he is wreaking at home and abroad. The Qatari Prime Minister seems to agree as he snubbed J.D. Vance in Switzerland, ignoring him completely ahead of Iran peace talks.
