Matthew Martin, a Saint John man and the head of Black Lives Matter New Brunswick, was barred last year from joining the city's police commission after failing the security clearance even though he's never committed a crime. After reviewing the policy, the commission recommended no changes to the level of security, but now city council is taking a look. We hear from Martin plus Coun.
