Prior to Out&Back, Barruch was Senior Director of New Business Models at VF Corporation (the owner of The North Face, Vans, Dickies, etc.) tasked with building and launching new purpose-led, user-centric businesses. In that role he and his team launched multiple recommerce businesses with VF Brands including The North Face Renewed.
