Barry Minkow started working at the young age of 9 which instilled in him a desire for business. At age 16, he started his own carpet cleaning company, which he built up to be an amazing feat for a teenager. He even employed his own parents for a time. All the accolades and awards showed there was something unique about Barry. It just wasn't what anyone thought it was.
