It's a mix of two words and two languages combined as one. Hindi + English.
"Bas" pronounced as bus, in Hindi, has multiple applications like,
bas karo ( stop it) or

bas itna hi ( is that it?)

Apna bas chalta ( I do as I wish)

or as it is in this case, bas talk ( simply, talk)
Simply put, bastalk is just simple talk...
