It's an annual air show that wouldn't have skyrocketed if it weren't for the late Senator Dianne Feinstein. Feinstein lies in state at City hall, where the public will be able to pay their respects on Wednesday. Meanwhile the City is launching Care Court today, which is an alternative mental health court program designed to fast-track people with untreated schizophrenia into housing and medical care.
