The Chico Police Department is investigating a mass shooting incident that occurred Saturday morning in the 1000 block of Columbus Ave.

Oakland teachers are still unsure whether they will be back in classrooms on Monday. The City of Oakland is moving ahead on the development of affordable housing at the site of the former Wood Street Commons encampment. The 21 year old suspect in a string of Davis knife attacks that killed two people is pleading not guilty to murder charges that were filed against against him today.
