It's Tuesday morning, California is gearing up for a political battle over its water future and potentially how much we pay for water and produce. "Deplorable". That’s the word used by a San Mateo county supervisor to describe the living conditions of farm-workers at one of the 2 mass shooting sights in Half Moon Bay. The driver of a car that plunged off the cliff at Devil's Slide earlier this month is now facing attempted murder charges. A new ordinance issued in the North Bay will make sideshow events illegal, and drivers and organizers could end up paying big fines, or even wind up in jail.

The nation is currently grieving: The Half Moon Bay community is holding vigils this week to honor the the victims of the shooting. Multiple police bodycam videos were released to the public depicting what happened the night of the break-in at the Pelosi residence and the brutal attacks Tyre Nichols received from police officers days before his death.
