It's been 20 years since riders could use an underground restroom at a BART station. The closures date back to the 9/11 terror attacks. Two decades later, the stalls are reopening with modern touches and public safety upgrades.
Host Matt Pitman was there when there for the toilet paper ribbon cutting ceremony (yes, really) at the first re-opening, at the Powell Street BART station in San Francisco.
