Omicron is just the latest sage in the nearly two year struggle for restaurants in the pandemic. Staffing shortages as more employees come down with COVID, supply chain disruptions, more customers choosing not to dine out. Those are just a few of the problems.
Yesterday, restaurant owners took part in a day of action and asked patrons to do the same, hoping to spur action in Congress for much needed aid.
