Today's episode we're talking about how to use the BBR tools to create some space. Using your brain, body, and your breath to connect the two you can cultivate the tools you need to clear out a little bit of the overwhelm and stress to look into deeper layers.
Until we can clear a little bit of space and calm the existing anxiety and chaos that is consuming our attention and focus we can't get to the root source of the stress.
... and if we're never addressing the root cause, the thing that is generating so much of our stress, the immediate relief can only help so much.
So, we've got to look at our internal environment. We have to look at the patterns of shame, blame, and judgement. We have to look at the negative thought loops and fixed mindset that are holding us in a space that perpetuates the stress and anxiety.
This is the hard work, but it is the work that leads to healing and creating a life and version of yourself that you actually want to live in.
Get in there and give it a listen.
