20-year old Clothing Brand Owner Shares His Strategies For Success

I had the pleasure of interviewing a good friend of mine to talk about his journey from hitting the lowest moment in his life to having that turning point moment! Fitness has helped Nico change his life for the better as it had helped him find a sense of purpose in life. It all stemmed from him being at a crossroads post-graduation with his mother getting sick as well as his girlfriend at the time, leaving him. We talk about it all in this episode. Hope you enjoy!

Today I have a guest by the name of Gavin Starkes and his story is unique, as all stories are. In his case, he was an aspiring psychology major with big plans moving forward, a former athlete etc. He fell into a rut, lacking that drive and determination so he asked God for help. The help came in the form of a life-threatening wake-up call. He was robbed, shot and ultimately left paralyzed. Gavin has been in a wheelchair for over a year now but that doesn't stop him from being joyful and grateful despite limitations. I get his perspective on overcoming such a traumatic event and how he healed through that mentally and emotionally. Stay tuned for the full story!

Today, I am interviewing an entrepreneur, the self-owner of Collegiate Sports Connections, a sports agency which helps college athletes reach NIL deals. Grayson also has his own podcast  @NowItsLegalPodcast  where he talks to athletes about the NIL space and getting his name out there. I get his journey on how the entrepreneurial mindset started, and it began with him selling shoes! He wanted to be self-sufficient and through that, he learned everything it took to be a successful business-owner. It came with a unique set of obstacles, but it is what made Grayson who he is today. He was the mastermind behind the FIRST EVER NIL deal done at the University of Texas. A huge feat only many can dream of achieving. There is a lot more success to come for Grayson in the near future.

Today I sit down with one of the best leaders in the DFW area Michael Underwood. He is an ex-basketball player turned basektball trainer. He uses his new found love along with his experiences to impact the youth. That is something that I thought was really dope to see, especially because he is still relatively young himself. I see the vision and wanted to talk about his journey to get to this point. The trials and tribulations Michael went through in his life made him who he is today and he is conveying his journey to the kids he trains.

Today I have another special guest in John Fedrick. He is a guy I consider my OG in life as he is one of the most knowledgeable and insightful people I've ever come across. Today we talk about healing and why it is necessary to move forward in the dating life. We touch on how healing and self love affect us in 2023, especially in the black community. Welcome to my 3rd guest episode here on the channel! Today I had special guests, Morgan and Miller sit down with me and talk about how they developed such a matured mindset at a young age. We talked about the moment when it was time to flip the switch on their lives. The people you hang around have THAT much of an affect on the mindset we carry, the habits we build (or don't build) and the actions we take.
