And worse still, there is often shame associated with that feeling. “But I am so much better off than others, I should just be grateful”. As Oprah said, “We’re all looking for the highest, fullest expression of ourselves as a human being”.  I believe there is no nobler journey than the one towards the fullest expression of ourselves. But it all begins with giving ourselves permission to want more. In this episode I share how to take those first steps.
