You must be mindful of what’s creating your success. You must understand your formula of how you’re getting your customers and how you’re creating sales. Understand and know your exact formula for success. Once you know your formula to success, you must tweak it to get better results.

COMMITMENT. Most people are scared to commit to something. As an entrepreneur, you must be committed. 100% all-in committed to your business and making things happen. If you’re not 100% all-in committed to making things happen in your business (whether times are good, bad or ugly), then you’ll never reach an ultimate level of success.

Be all-in and be 100% committed.

I’ve always said that it’s not about the mistakes, it’s about the constant learning from the mistakes. How are you able to capitalize from your mistakes? How are you able to create success from your failures and ultimately how are you able to create a successful formula from your mess-ups.

You must identify the ebb and flow to your life and your business. Once you know your pattern it’s time to tweak that pattern to create a level of success that you desire. That’s how you attain your formula. Listen to this podcast to understand what I mean.

You cannot experience happiness without some sadness. You can’t reach the next level without some struggle. Be ready for the disasters to strike. They will happen. Create a strong mindset to be prepared to go on offense as opposed to defense. Be in Attack Mode everyday.

The real question you should be asking yourself is this: “Am I purposely taking the necessary steps to design the life that I want to live?” You must be hinest with yourself. Do you know where you’re going to be and what your life will look like in 2038? That’s only 20 years form now but it’s important to think of yourself as the successful entrepreneur that’s killing it in 20 years and not one of these fly-by-night fakepreneurs that won’t be around in three years.

This episode is to expand your mindset and to get brutally honest about how you’re attacking your future and how you’re planning your future and how you’re executing on that right now.

You will have moments of despair and angst along your entrepreneurial journey. It won’t be all the glitz and glamour. It won’t be private jets and hanging out on the beach with your laptop.
