Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to being invincible. Understand that you have greatness inside of you. You have the ability to create and to do anything that your heart desires. While we have known this all to be true, why is it that we continue to “play small” in world that we are meant to “play big.”

We “play small” by being unsure of who we are, running from empty threats of emptiness, abandonment and all things that scare us, but that truly don’t exist. We “play small” because we are afraid to take chances. We “play small” because even in the loneliness, pain and unhappiness we feel “comfortable” with just being “ok.”

I challenge you to “play big.” Just like Kelly Clarkson belts in her hit single, “Invincible,” I want you to declare, “I am invincible. No, I ain't scared...no more. I am invincible. I'm a perfect storm.” Now go after your wildest dreams. Be unapologetic for who you are, and have vision for where you want to go. But most importantly, bet on yourself!
