Be Legendary Podcast

Cory Kennedy is currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning and Performance Science (MiLB) for the Chicago Cubs and in his role he's the epitome of our roundtable - bringing the research to the reps of the Cubs program. While he's found himself transitioning from the "doing" to the "directing," he's still ultimately responsible for the final product produced. Tune in as we discuss the challenges, the science, and the direction of his program. Big thanks to our podcast sponsors - Sorinex and EliteForm - who made this episode possible.
