We're officially in our third month of 2022 and as it stands I have 10 months left to live - yes I am taking this very seriously. In this episode I talk about the things that I have learnt over the past two months whilst adopting the mentality of being more me and asking myself 'what would I do if I had a year left to live?'
So here are some of the things I touch on:
-How do you 'be more you?'
- Why the universe gives you everything you want, in the opposite way.
- The difference between surviving your life or thriving in it.
- Giving yourself full permission to be who you've always known yourself to be.
- Why disappointing people isn't always a bad thing.
- Attachment and detachment
- Duality: good and bad can coexist in every situation and in people as well.
- How a group of addicts taught me about being human.
- What an 84 year old woman taught me about growing older.
This is also the final episode of season 2. We'll be back in two weeks with new guests and TWO episodes a week on a Tuesday & Thursday morning.

In this episode I chat to my incredible friend Nat. Nat is an astrologer, energy healer and reiki teacher. But above all she's just an incredible human who has a lot to say on topics that are often too 'taboo' to talk about. Her passion for helping people move through their past trauma into their truth and light is what makes her one of the best people to chat too. I absolutely love talking to this woman, you can expect to see her on this podcast regularly.
So in this episode we talk about:
- cultural upbringings and conditionings
- healing old family trauma wounds
- setting responsible and healthy boundaries in your relationships
- masculine vs feminine energies
- activating and balancing both energies
- recovering and coping with emotional abuse
- understanding the root cause of our trauma and how to move through it
- finding your voice, stepping into your power and owning your truth.

Luke, as most of you will know by now joined the team in November when he helped me create the 'Year to Live' Video. Since then he has committed himself to helping grow Be More You into the global movement it was always going to be. I've never met someone who's commitment and loyalty to a dream has been backed with so much determination and willingness to just try and make things happen.
We've been working together for a few months now and A LOT has happened. We've both been forced to grow in more ways than one, so we decided to sit down and talk about what Be More You looks like going forward because the future looks pretty epic and insane (to say the least)

It's the beginning of 2022 and my life has pivoted and shifted and changed more times than I can count. And I have welcomed it every single time, even when it's sucked real hard. This episode is a solo one and I decided I'd change it up a bit. I share with you a letter I wrote to my future self yesterday, in hopes that it might make someone else feel a little less alone, a little less lost, a little more seen and heard.
I'm excited for the next phase of Be More You. There's no slowing down, so I hope you're ready for what's about to happen next! And as always, I am forever grateful for the love and support you guys show this podcast and the Be More You Movement!

In this episode we cover
- dealing with drug addiction within your family and relationships
- mental health
- how everybody's road looks completely different to one another's
