(Episode recorded on April 3, 2022) Jenn is really going to ride the “Slim Thick” wave, and the ladies are going to support her in their own way! For the first half of Episode 4 of Season 3 the ladies get into supporting their friends during Ramadan, Jazz lying during Ramadan, the “Do’s & Don’ts”, and Tae’s favorite part of Ramadan. This conversation leads to the ladies trying to convince Re to give up “shopping” – this is absolutely a struggle, and they know it! Later in the episode, the ladies discuss the “Yosohn/Taina” debacle, toxic kids, the proper time to address the “birds & the bees” with your children, and their very “first time”.
(Episode recorded on May 1, 2022) On Season 2’s mid-season finale, Re, Jazz, and Jenn come in HOT with their conversation, and Bam cannot help but laugh. The hosts take you for a rollercoaster ride as they discuss “friends” dating each other, good times in their 20s, Bam NEVER giving a straight answer, #BlackMenDontCheat, and how to define “cheating". Things get serious in this episode when the four unpack friendships. Navigating friendships as adults seems more challenging in your 30s and each individual has their own perspective regarding how to address this.
(Episode recorded on March 27, 2022) During this episode, the ladies discuss the “Four Appetites” that Men Crave: Physical, Emotional, Sexual, & Visual (with a bonus appetite thrown in there by ReMeera Marie - the "Financial" appetite). Bam loves this topic and heavily voices his opinion when it comes down to where men stand on this topic.
BIG KAT is back for Season 2 and the ladies are happy to be back at it! First things first, what happened last week? Kat & Re share what happened after the ladies left the studio last week and decided to grab a bite to eat at Lightrail Cafe. Mid-show the ladies put Bam on blast as he was "watching Instagram" while they were recording. Bam made it clear that he has NOTHING to hide. Jenn's Penthouse comes up again as she has been denying access because dating is trash. This leads the cast to a deep dive regarding dating in their generation and how it became what it is. Bam gives the ladies a perspective about men in relationships that was needed in this episode ... there was a breakthrough!
DISCLAIMER: COVID19 is still a very urgent and sensitive public health issue. The ladies of Be My Peace take the matters surrounding COVID19 and the untimely passing of people who have lost their lives to the virus very seriously. Stay safe, wash your hands, mask up, and social distance!
The Ladies are back from their "Summer Break" and ready to get into it. First things first, allow us to re-introduce ourselves. Tae explains why she took a social media break from IG, and why she prefers FB. Ra gets into her 24-second pause before reacting and how her life is panning out while Levi has now started pre-school. Jenn has begun furnishing the Penthouse and has established a schedule for this new fall season. Of course, the 7th honorary castmate (DJ Bam) talks about his "working vacation" during the 5-week break and how he impressed the DJ at the resort where he hopped on the 1's and 2's. Re talks about her 5-week break, vacation, conquering her fear of going into the ocean again, "being in denial" and thanking "the person" who helped her conquer her fear....which leads the group to discuss people feeling entitled to your life through your social media posts. The cast concludes that "social media entitlement" is certainly a mental health disorder, which leads to a deeper conversation about mental health, transparency in relationships about your mental health, and trusting your partner.
During the last episode of Season 1, the ladies discuss Jazz and Kat's experience at the very popular Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park @ The American Dream Mall in New Jersey, which leads to a discussion about their experiences at Amusement Parks, Snowtubing, and visiting scary houses during Halloween. COVID-19 is still happening and the group wants Joe to SHUT IT DOWN, but before he shuts down the country, he needs to "forgive those student loans" because Re, Kat, and Tae are tired! Later in the show, the honorary 7th member (DJ Bam) takes a seat as the tropics heat up when the ladies touch on insecure women and men in relationships. One thing is for certain, Bam is going to chime in.

The ladies get into it IMMEDIATELY – Do you slide in the DMs or NOT? Kat said “NEVER!” But that is simply because Aquarius’s fear “rejection”. On the flip side, Jazz made it clear that she will slide in the DMs and she has NEVER been left on “seen” – PERIOD! Safaree, Safaree, SAFAAAAARREEEEEE!! He is on a mission to be the worst husband ever and you KNOW that it’s real when the ladies are on Erica Mena’s side. Aside from Safaree’s “antics”, GHerbo was in the doghouse this week! Should there really be an issue with GHerbo showing up at Ari’s birthday party -the ladies (and Bam) agree -NO! Co-Parenting effectively is the key – people need to learn how to be friends after the relationship is over (if there are kids involved). AND THEN ….. the show takes a turn. The ladies have a question about millennial men giving out 4 strokes in 5 minutes? What is going on? Re contemplates dating younger than her – Gen Z perhaps? Bam chimes in to give the ladies advice and the group all agrees that there is an epidemic of “bad sex” going on and something needs to be FIXED….. ASAP! Tonight's unsigned artist is Fourtee with his new single "From the Bottom".
