When life starts to feel too familiar, too uncomfortable, or like it's no longer matching the picture we had in our heads, our first instinct is to change it. We start over.

And it's nice in theory.

Until you realize you've never actually let yourself sit in anything long enough to know if it could become something permanent.

Instead, you're always thinking about the next best thing. The next best place. The next version of yourself.

But what about the present?

What happens when you're so focused on the next part of your life that you forget to actually live the one you're already in?

Starting over in life is inevitable. Something that mot of us fear, but also that most of us will endure more than just a time or two in our lives. In this episode, I talk about all the events throughout the past few months that have me completely starting over at 29. A position that I wasn't expecting to find myself in, but that's just how life works. I hope you can find something that relates back to you.
